He's a Brand New Bunny

Via Heights Wildlife Center, which writes:

From flood waters to floof!

Several weeks ago, we received a two-day-old bunny that was flooded out of its nest during a huge storm. The little one was hypothermic, covered in mud and showing symptoms of pneumonia. Not good.

We were skeptical the little guy would pull through, but he was a fighter! After treatment for pneumonia, he rebounded quickly and has turned into one of the feistiest bunnies we've had all summer (just look at that attitude!). He will stay with us for another week or so until he gets a little bigger and then he will be released back into the wild—where he will hopefully steer clear of high water!

Many thanks to the finders who drove an hour to bring the bunny to us—he wouldn't have had this second chance without your help!
