Imagine Becoming Allergic to Your Favorite Food

Lili, out of all my bunnies in 30 years of bunny rescue, is THE best hay eater EVER.  She's only 4 and is bright-eyed, super-active, incredibly entertaining, and the joy of my life. But as luck would have it, Lili has developed a hay allergy, of all things; and I had to take her off timothy.  In this photo, she is eating orchard grass--and she eats oat hay, now, as well.

I bought a humidifier, an air purifier, and a nebulizer and chamber for her; but she still sounds like a little cho-cho train, most days.  Doesn't stop her one iota.  She is still active, happy--and non-stop, riotous fun. She is a great blessing, in every sense of the word.
