A Mother's Day No One Expected

You’ve seen bunny Ellie posted here before with her brothers Jaxon, Marshall, and Spud. When Ellie’s humans Jerianne and Wayne took in Ellie they were told she had already been spayed… you see where this is going, right? On April Fools Day 2020, Ellie gave her humans the biggest surprise: five tiny bunnies! Jerianne writes:

The day before Spud’s passing, my “fixed female,” Ellie had 5 beautiful babies. (Never believe “fixed female rabbit” and “FREE” in the same advert.) LOL gasp, giggle, LOL. Also, the babies were born on, you guessed it, April Fools Day! LOL, GASP, Chortle, LOL!

Daddy is one of the bunnies I rescued from the park. (Where domestic bunnies are dumped all the time.) I named him Napoleon because he’s a little guy with TONS of attitude. He’s such a little charmer. I even know what night it happened, February 29.

Blu, Hunter, Magellan (1st explorer in the group), Hudson and Louie. (Daddy’s name is Napoleon, we had to have a Louie!)
