Bunnies Relax Heads to Tails

It has been 5 months since I wrote you the happy story of Jip and Kimmie. Sadly Jip suddenly passed away at June 17th after a severe case of gas in his stomach. We've tried everything together with the vet, but after two days we've decided we didn't want him to suffer anymore and he took a leap over the Rainbow bridge to his girlfriend Lilly. Jip was 8 years old.

Of course we didn't want Kimmie to stay alone, so from the rabbit shelter we've adopted Max, a French lop of almost 1 year old and he weighs 5 kg. At first Kimmie was a bit intimidated by his size, but now they are very good friends as you can see on the picture.

They both love to make a mess in the rabbit room, jump on everything and nibble on things they are not supposed to. Max is also a master in sleeping, he can sleep everywhere and loves to lie on his side and sometimes even sleeps on his back :-)
