I built [Oreo’s condo] out of wire panels and zip ties with some untreated pine for the shelves. Then used some spare carpet on the second and third floor with a sheet of laminate from Hardware store on the bottom. The front two panels swing open with a latch hook closure. Her litter pan and hay  bin are in the bottom corner.
