Therapy Bunny Makes Patients (and Staff) Happy
Thanks, Devan and bunny Lilly! Devan writes:
Let’s just say my Dad has a new bunny in his life. My dad is a GI doctor and he works with so many different patients. He also works with a very diverse group of people who I have met personally, and are super nice. So one day, someone had the bright idea of bringing a little baby bunny to work. One note: My dad absolutely LOVES bunnies! As a matter of fact, we used to have our own. But anyway, this bunny is a baby girl and she is being introduced as a “Therapy Bunny” In which she’s just there to be loved by patients (and possibly the doctors). IMPORTANT: The Bunny is not put into any situations where being infected by a disease is a extremely likely. Also, anywhere bunny is, she is near a person who is qualified to hold her!
