We've had an awful lot of wild bunny sightings in our yard this spring, and this weekend we found a nest of baby bunnies right in the middle of the backyard! After we discovered the tiny ones, we covered them back up and let them be, knowing mama would be back that evening - and when she was, we were ready! First she spent a while nursing the babies:
Then she just kind of hung around with the nest open for a little bit, did some grooming.
These last photos are of mama covering up the nest before leaving again.
